Host Your Outing

As groups of 25 or greater are deemed as “outings” at Hannastown Golf Club, it is critical to secure a preferred date and time. We require a $200 deposit at the time of contract agreement. This contract will provide a detailed list of options and pricing specific to your event. Please understand in order to secure your requested date and time, if a deposit is not received, other parties may request and receive that date.

Please use the enclosed Outing Packet to guide you through the process of designing your ideal golf outing. If you have questions about specific options, or would like to make modifications, please allow us to help you in making any adjustments to your event. This may include menu options, beverage choices, prizes, and specific requests about the golf portion of the day.
